Our investigators are concerned about clearing the innocent. Our criminal justice system is built around the concept that people are innocent until proven guilty. If you have been falsely accused of a crime you will probably agree that you are not always treated according to that concept.
The Investigator’s at Cascade Investigation & Legal Services who work on Criminal Defense cases are retired Police Officer’s who know and understand the Prosecution side of the Criminal Justice System. This is a definite advantage for our Clients who have been falsely accused of a crime.
Our investigators have represented Clients who have been charged with all kinds of crimes from First Degree Murder to Animal Abuse. We understand and accept the responsibility that comes with representing Clients who has been falsely accused of a crime. Many times the Client is incarcerated and we are their only means of proving their innocence.

Civil and Criminal Trial Preparation
Cascade Investigation & Legal Services provided assistance to attorneys to prepare for trial. Witnesses may need to be located and interviewed, witness background reports may be necessary, review of police reports and crime scenes may be needed or the activities of witnesses may need to be monitored to provide the best possible case in the courtroom. Our investigators have the training and experience required to assist attorneys to prepare for trial. We have the ability to locate witnesses nationwide. Our investigators are highly qualified interviewers and can provide sworn statements and/or recorded statements (visual and audio). We have years of experience in surveillance to monitor activities of those involved in a case when necessary.

False Insurance claims cost the tax payers millions of dollars every year. The cost of Insurance continues to rise and is largely due to fraudulant activity. Cascade Investigation & Legal Services provides Insurance Fraud investigations. Our investigators are experienced with surveillance operations, witness Interviews, Records Research and Background Investigations.
Fraudulent insurance claims could consist of Workman's Comp. Claims, Vehicle Accidents, Property Damage, Lost or Stolen Property... Our Investigators are trained at obtaining the documentation needed to prove fraudulent activity.
Cascade Investigation & Legal Services serves papers throughout Okanogan County. We will make a first attempt at service within 48 hours of receipt. Urgent service can also be arranged.
We will do an initial investigation into the person being served prior to the first attempt of service in an effort to serve the papers the first time.
We have the ability to provide additional investigative services to find those who are avoiding service.
These services are in addition to our standard service fees. Below is our standard Process Service fee schedule.
